The Center for Adult Transition at Brookdale Community College is dedicated to supporting young adults (ages 18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they transition from secondary school to adulthood. The center offers a variety of programs and resources aimed at promoting independent living, career fulfillment, and continuing education.
