We’re excited to welcome individuals 16 & Up with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families to a special Open House event where you can learn all about our inclusive, supportive programs and vibrant farm community.
Come meet our team, explore the farm, and see how our programs help individuals build confidence, skills, and meaningful connections.
What You'll Learn About:
H.O.P.E Program (Harvesting Occupational and Personal Excellence) – A DDD-approved pre-vocational program for adults 21+ focused on job readiness and soft skills in a real-life farm setting.
S.M.A.R.T Program (Safe, Mentored, Agricultural, Recreation, Training) – A year-round inclusive experience for adults 21+ that immerses participants in all aspects of our farm community while also engaging with the greater community through fun outings and local partnerships.
Specialized Equine & Therapeutic Riding Programs – Adaptive horseback riding or carriage driving tailored to each participant’s needs. We also work with the Special Olympics. (All ages)
The Farm Environment – Our Farm has over 200 rescued animals, Greenhouses, Gardens, Indoor & outdoor Riding arenas, playgrounds, and 25 acres to explore and work with!
All registered guests enjoy FREE admission to the farm on Open House day—including our petting zoo, wagon rides, participating in Giveaways, and more!
