The Red Bank Family YMCA will host a monthly Teen Night designed for participants aged 10-13. This event aims to provide a safe, supervised environment where teens can socialize with their peers, engage in physical activities, and learn healthy habits.
Teen Night will offer free access to YMCA facilities, including the gymnasium, fitness floor, and swimming pool. Food and drinks will also be provided. The program will run once a month, offering a blend of structured activities and free play to cater to a wide range of interests.
This is a free event, but please ensure that if you register, you will be attending, as we typically have a waitlist in place for each occurrence.
