Access Link is Offering Transportation Assistance for Those With High-Risk Pregnancies

The NJ Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority (NJMIHIA) and Access Link provide transportation assistance for high-risk pregnancies through the Maternal and Infant Health Committee (M.I.H) Initiative.
To apply, individuals must request a Maternal Infant Health (MIH) application, reviewed daily. Eligibility requires verification from a healthcare professional, and applications can be submitted via email or fax. Assistance is available by phone. Medical conditions related to pregnancy must be doctor-verified. Eligibility determination letters are mailed or emailed, and extension requests considered. Applications are reviewed Monday through Friday.
