I work with people who are feeling stuck and want to feel more in control of their life no matter what age they are. When people come to me I find they do not feel like the self they knew before, may feel pulled in all directions by life demands, other people, responsibilities and sometimes chronic illness. They feel unhappy, exhausted and empty. I help people reclaim themselves feel more in control of their life and how they want to live and feel whole again.
