Blue Dot: Social & Community Wellness is a community-based program, with a home base in Monmouth County NJ, primarily serving adults (21+).
We are an approved provider through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) for a variety of therapeutic/community services. We serve the general public and additionally provide services through various sources to a wide range of demographics including, but not limited to, individuals with: developmental and intellectual disabilities, mental health indicators, acquired brain injuries, executive dysfunction, and dementia.

Full-Time Community Opportunity
We offer full-time, immersive opportunities to promote social health and overall wellness. Program runs full year, Tuesday-Friday, 8am-2pm.

This program is developed and led by an interdisciplinary and experienced team, including a special educator, behavioral therapist, and occupational therapist. Our home base office is located within the Asbury Book Cooperative (ABC), located on lively Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park.
Habilitative Occupational Therapy
1:1 or group OT services embedded into naturalistic community & home environments to address functional, client-centered goals promoting health & wellness.

We also offer Habilitative Speech, Physical, and Behavioral Therapies to promote an interdisciplinary approach.

Monthly Social Events
We strive to offer monthly social opportunities to promote overall social health, access to fun, and inclusion within the community.
Social Afternoon & Evening Programming
In order to offer more social opportunities for adults, we host weekly group programming in the afternoons and evening.
