Community Care Connection (CCC) Warm Line (CLCL Foundation)

The Community Care Connection (CCC) "Warm Line" is an innovative program developed by CLCL Foundation to support individuals and families across Ocean and Monmouth Counties. The CCC Line provides free access to vital information on local donation sites offering hard-to-locate items such as diapers, pet food, household goods, and more. By addressing critical needs and barriers to accessing essential resources, the CCC Line empowers all community members, regardless of their circumstances, to find support and relief.

Operating Wednesday through Saturday from 2 PM to 7 PM, the CCC Line takes a proactive approach to preventing poverty-related stress and crises. Through its phased development, the program aims to build a sustainable network of care and replenishment:

  • Phase 1: Individuals can self-refer to donation sites to access the items they require.
  • Phase 2: An on-site community donation center will be established to streamline resource distribution.
  • Phase 3: Anonymous delivery services will be introduced, allowing community members to refer others in need discreetly.

Beyond its direct impact, the CCC Line fosters resilience by promoting community engagement and collaboration. It serves as a cornerstone of CLCL Foundation's mission to uplift vulnerable populations, prevent poverty-based maltreatment allegations, and create stronger, more connected communities. By ensuring equitable access to resources, the CCC Line helps mitigate the effects of poverty while supporting personal and collective well-being.

This program is not limited to families—it is designed for anyone in need, including individuals experiencing financial hardship, youth exiting systems of care, or people seeking support in times of uncertainty. The CCC "Warm Line" is a testament to CLCL Foundation's belief in intervention, healing, and hope, paving the way for a brighter future for all members of the community.
