Friends Supporting Friends (Mind & Body)

Join this virtual group and learn how to navigate through friendships! This is both a support and psycho-educational group led by Graduate Intern Kayla Lopes. Learn how to manage current friendships and foster new ones. Interact and connect with others looking for support and guidance in their friendships.
This group is for young tweens of all genders, approximately middle school aged. Understand social cues and how to approach others in a friendly way. Discuss challenges and struggles in your friendships with peers.
This virtual group will be on Tuesdays at 11 am in July and will run for 4 weeks. Learn more and register at mindbodyccs.com/groups or call our office at 732-475-0043
Fee: $40 for 4 weeks
To enroll in a group therapy session, please fill out the registration form on the website, and one of the practice owners will reach out to you with further registration instructions. If the session is virtual, you will receive a link 24 hours prior to the appointment and a reminder 10 minutes before. In-person groups will be held at our office location at 181 South Street, Unit B1, in Freehold.
