This counseling practice specializes in its work with teen and adolescent girls, dealing with an array of issues ranging from lacking self esteem, peer pressure, oppositional behavior, as well as helping individuals of all ages coping with symptoms of depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, and grief/loss. 

IHC uses an integrated approach to couseling, applying concepts from Narrative therapy, Solution focused therapy, and Cognative behavioral therapy.  The goal of IHC is to empower clients to develop the appropriate skills that will help them to function at their optimal level.
