Finding a counselor who is the 'right fit' for your situation and your family is important. My goal is to make this as comfortable as possible. I provide an atmosphere of trust, support and acceptance which will allow you and your child to explore concerns in an emotionally safe environment. I work with children and adolescents ages 3 - 21 and families addressing a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, adjustment difficulties, ADD/ADHD management, social skills and self injury. I use a variety of approaches in my work including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, sand tray and play therapy.
