Konscious Connections program will provide youth with a safe space for self-exploration, self-awareness, and self-regulation. The program will begin in February and run through May. Sessions will be held at the Konscious Community Center, located at 631 Lake Avenue in Asbury Park. Konscious Connections will meet three times a month, taking time to build community while exploring topics such as ACEs, trauma, neuroscience, and applicable yoga philosophy, integrating self-regulation practices such as body awareness, mindfulness, breathwork, movement and meditation. This program will support participants in building a toolkit which will aid in their ability to grow and ground themselves throughout the program and their lifetime.
