I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I work with both adolescents and adults to help them overcome challenges of mental health and substance abuse. Responding to the unique needs of each individual, my counseling approach draws from a range of therapies.

I work with a wide range of mental health issues: depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, self-esteem, attention and behavioral issues, grief and loss, relationship and family concerns. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents struggling with substance abuse as well as providing support and healthy coping strategies to family members.

In group, individual, and family counseling settings, I provide a safe and caring environment for each client to find solutions and develop skills for personal and emotional growth.
