Reformation Community Food Pantry and Clothes Closet
Our goal is to provide those in need with healthy, wholesome foods, and in-season clothing.
As part of the initial interview for benefits, we ask clients to please bring their ID and proof of address. If available, we also ask for proof of income so that we can more accurately refer clients for additional services in the community.
Food and clean in-season clothing is accepted at the church Monday-Friday 9-4 or whenever the pantry and clothes closet are open.
- The Food Pantry is open on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30-10:00 am
- The Clothes Closet is open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 8:00-9:30 am
Begun over 25 years ago, the Reformation Community Food Pantry now provides food to close to 300 families each month. Every family is treated with respect and as if they are a member of our family. Clients are able to shop in our pantry for their own food with help from our volunteers. Each family must undergo an interview once per year with our staff. Our goal is to give each family we serve a hand-up by providing them not only with food each month but also a sympathetic ear and referrals to other social agencies as needed. Donations of all types of food are gratefully accepted as are cash donations. Volunteers are also always needed and welcomed.
