Every Tuesday from 5-7 we will be at the Middletown Helps It’s Own Building. Residents of Middletown who are in need of assistance can come stop by and pick up food!
If you would like to volunteer on a Tuesday night, please come to our building at 4:30!
We have received a few questions on how to donate to MHIO. Non-perishable and canned food items can also be dropped off at our building on Tuesday nights between 5-7 pm, A monetary donation can be sent to our Venmo @Middletown-HelpsItsOwn, or you can use the link to order food off our Amazon wishlist that will be delivered to us.

Middletown Helps Its Own (MHIO)
We offer year-round food and emergency financial assistance to Middletown residents, limited utility bill assistance in partnership with other charities, and distribute over 600 food baskets during Thanksgiving and Christmas to those in need.
