I earned my B.A. in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. I earned my graduate degree in Professional Counseling from Monmouth University with highest honors. I completed my clinical hours at The College of New Jersey’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) as an individual and group psychotherapist. I worked in the field as a Community Health Educator and I have been a practicing psychotherapist since 2006. I have extensive experience in treating eating disorders, anxiety and depression, interpersonal strife, and OCD/OCPD.

My counseling style is open, dynamic, and compassionate and I quickly develop trusting therapeutic relationships with clients. I received advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am up to date on the latest research on eating disorder treatment and psychotherapy and am an active member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.
