NFP is a home-visitation program for low income first-time pregnant women in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, & Somerset Counties. Home visits continue until the child is two years old.
| Eligibility | Program is available to first-time mothers less than 28 weeks pregnant at the time of enrollment. Families who qualify for Medicaid, TANF, or WIC are eligible. |
