Through home visits, Parent as Teachers helps parents understand child development and connects them to community resources such as insurance, transportation, food, baby items, and health care. Home visits last for up to 2 years.
| Eligibility | This program is open to any parent with a child under 13-months-old. Families who qualify for Medicaid, TANF, or WIC are eligible. No cost for those who meet the income requirements. |
