An exciting new housing opportunity is now available for older adults in Monmouth County. The waiting list has officially opened for The Allen House II, a newly constructed senior housing community located at 471 Stagecoach Road in Millstone, NJ. 

This community features ten one-bedroom units (approximately 600 square feet each), all designed to provide comfortable, accessible, first-floor living for seniors.

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must be 62 years of age or older. Income limits apply, and applicants will be required to verify income, age, and complete tenant screening, including background, landlord reference, and credit checks at the time of certification. 

Application Timeline:
The waiting list is open for a limited time and will close on June 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

How to Apply:
Applications can be completed online. Paper applications are also available at 232 Route 35 South in Eatontown, NJ, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Rental rates are based on income and fall within very low, low, and moderate-income categories, with rent typically targeted at 30–40% of total monthly income.
